EU withdrawals
Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This applies to orders delivered to an EU country.
Your right
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. If your order has not yet shipped you can cancel it; if it has arrived you can return it.
What you get back
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard (cheapest) outbound delivery cost, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide proof of return. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
How to withdraw — two steps
- Fill in your details below, including the EU country your order was delivered to.
- Press Confirm withdrawal. We will acknowledge your request by email. (We verify eligibility against your order's delivery address.)

You may also notify us by email (hola@estroni.com.au) or post, using this wording:
To estroni — I/we hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: [describe the items], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name of consumer(s): ______. Address of consumer(s): ______. Date: ______.
This right applies to orders delivered within the EU. Certain items may be exempt (for example sealed hygiene goods that have been unsealed after delivery). See our returns & exchange policy for full details.
