This policy describes how the Estroni Ads API application (the "App") handles data. It is separate from the Estroni store privacy policy, which governs the estroni.com.au storefront and customer orders.

1. What this application is

The Estroni Ads API is a private, internal-use application built and operated by Estroni. It is used only by Estroni personnel to read and manage Estroni's own Meta Business assets, including its advertising account, Facebook Page, Instagram professional account and product catalogues.

The App is not distributed to the public. There is no sign-up, no public login, and no Facebook Login flow available to third parties. No person other than authorised Estroni personnel can use it or access data through it.

3. What data the application accesses

The App uses the Meta Graph API to read Estroni's own business records. Specifically:

• Advertising data. Campaign, ad set and ad structure, budgets, spend, impressions, clicks and conversion metrics for Estroni's own ad account.
• Aggregated audience reporting. Statistical breakdowns supplied by Meta, such as age bands, gender, country, device and placement. These arrive already aggregated by Meta and do not identify any individual.
• Page and Instagram content. Estroni's own posts, captions, engagement counts and follower statistics.
• Product catalogue data. Estroni's own product listings, prices, availability and review status.

4. What data the application does not access

The App does not collect, request or store:

• Personal profile information belonging to individual Meta users
• Names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses of any Meta user
• Private messages, other than counts of conversation threads used for service-response reporting
• Payment card details or financial credentials
• Any data belonging to a business other than Estroni

5. How data is used

Data is used for one purpose: internal reporting and management of Estroni's own advertising and social presence. This includes reviewing campaign performance, adjusting budgets, diagnosing catalogue problems and reporting on organic content.

Data accessed through the App is never sold, rented, licensed or shared with advertising networks, data brokers or any other third party.

6. Storage and retention

The App queries the Meta Graph API on demand and returns results for immediate review. It does not maintain a separate long-term database of Meta data. Access credentials are held on Estroni-controlled systems and are restricted to authorised personnel.

Where a report is exported or saved for business record-keeping, it is retained only as long as needed for that purpose and then deleted.

7. Security

Access is controlled through a Meta system user token scoped to Estroni's own business assets. Credentials are not embedded in publicly distributed code and are not shared outside the business. Access can be revoked at any time from Meta Business Manager.

8. Deleting data

9. Children

The App is a business tool and is not directed at children. It is not used by anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

If the App's data handling changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
