This page explains how to request deletion of data held by the Estroni Ads API application (the "App"), and how to revoke its access. It accompanies the Estroni Ads API Privacy Policy.

What data exists to delete

The App is a private internal tool. It reads Estroni's own Meta Business assets and does not collect personal data from individual Meta users. It queries the Meta Graph API on demand and does not maintain a separate long-term database of Meta data.

In practice this means there is normally no stored personal data to delete. Requests are still accepted and actioned, as set out below.

How to request deletion

Email hola@estroni.com.au with the subject line Data Deletion Request, and include:

1. Your name and the email address or Meta account associated with the request
2. What you would like deleted
3. Any reference that helps locate the data, such as a date or a page or ad you interacted with

What happens next

1. We acknowledge the request within 5 business days.
2. We search any exported reports or saved working files for data matching the request.
3. We delete anything found, and confirm to you in writing what was deleted or that nothing was held.
4. The request is completed within 30 days of receipt.

There is no charge for a deletion request.

Revoking the application's access yourself

If you administer the Estroni Meta Business account, you can remove the App's access directly and immediately:

1. Open Meta Business Manager and go to Business settings.
2. Under Users, select System users.
3. Select the system user named Estroni MCP.
4. Remove its assigned assets, or delete the system user, to revoke all access tokens at once.

Access can also be removed per asset under Accounts in the same settings area.

Data held elsewhere

This page covers the Estroni Ads API application only. Two other things are governed separately:

• Customer and order data from the estroni.com.au store is covered by the Estroni store privacy policy.
• Data that Meta itself holds about your account is controlled by Meta. You can manage or delete it in your Meta account settings, which we have no ability to do on your behalf.
